Libray (Happiness)

Today I went to the Library (Happiness) because Mom went to the mountains. So, I stayed at the library with my friends. Their names are Jai, Bom, Songmin, Seryeong, Daon, Sooha, and Jiun. Jiun has a phone because she has a sister. Anyway, I have to go home because my mom just arrived. I wish I could play in the playground... Just wait until FRIDAY. MOO HA HA

Examples

I give her a gift.
- I (subject) + give (verb) + her (indirect object) + a gift (direct object)
They send me a letter.
- They + send + me + a letter
She told him a story.
- She + told + him + a story

Features

Two Objects: There is an indirect object (the person receiving something) and a direct object (the thing being given).
Clear Action: It shows who is doing the action, who is receiving the action, and what the action is directed toward.

Compare with Other Sentence Types

Type 1: Subject + Verb
- Example: I run.
Type 2: Subject + Verb + Complement
- Example: She is happy.
Type 3: Subject + Verb + Object
- Example: I eat an apple.
Type 4: Subject + Verb + Indirect Object + Direct Object
